Returns must be authorized in advance by Makvana Vinodbhai. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Makvana Vinodbhai shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
